We can learn a lot from the first century church. Relationships really mattered because the Church was united with like hearts and minds. As FBCA continues to grow, we do not want to lose this relational quality. We encourage you to visit a Connect Group and begin to make friendships that matter.

What are Connect Groups?

Connect Groups are designed to be relational – an environment where you can make close friends, share your life with others and serve one another in love. Therefore, we have created a number of small groups available for you and your family. We call these small groups “Connect Groups” because they create connections with other people and with God. Our Connect Groups are the foundation for connection at FBCA – points of opportunity to plug into ministry and be ministered to within the overall church.

How do I choose a Connect Group?

Click here for a Get Connected list. The groups are divided by the stage of life of its members, with groups available for all ages. You are welcome to visit any time and find the group that best matches your needs and will be the best fit for you.

Where do they meet & when?

Our groups meet at 9:50 am or 11:00 am on Sunday Mornings at our church campus and can easily be partnered with a Worship Service.

What to expect?

Expect to feel welcome. We are always excited to meet new people. We'll probably ask your name and maybe a little about where you are from. We'll do nothing to embarrass you and only want to get to know you better. Usually a Connect Group leader will begin a discussion on the lesson. Feel free to participate or simply sit back and observe. We never single you out or put you on the spot. We are just like you, wanting to learn more and seeking some answers.
